Meet the Team

Care Coordinator

Our Administrative Coordinator is there for you from the minute you pick up the phone to schedule your appointment. We are proud of our front office communication skills, personable service and high tech approach to making our patients feel great.

Our Administrative Coordinator, Veronica, is a Carpinteria native and a graduate of Carpinteria High. We are proud that she is has been an important part of our practice since her parents brought her in as a patient when she was just a very young lady. Her employment was preceded by her two sisters both employed at our practice over the years. We are fortunate to have both Veronica and Kathy, (see below), helping to keep our office friendly and efficient.

Our dental hygienists are caring and compassionate patient educators.   Every day, they empower and inspire patients with information about the best practices for oral wellness.

The importance of the Registered Dental Hygienist has never been more recognized than it is today. The “cleaning” appointment is actually a trivial name for a service that can drastically alter your life. We prefer to call it a Periodontal Maintenance Visit and our expert associates and health care partners that you know as hygienists are on the front line of uncovering the causes of what may be causing the chronic inflammatory processes specifically affecting you. In the last several years we have seen a growing body of published, scientific evidence to suggest a relationship between poor oral health and heart disease, lung disease, brain dysfunction, and neonatal birth weights.

On your periodontal visits, our dedicated hygienists are going to not only remove inflammation causing agents, but will also provide you with the techniques and instruments necessary to maintain optimal oral health on a day to day basis. And although it may sound a bit like a lecture to you, we are only trying to reinforce the need to apply the tried and true techniques to minimize bacteria, the effects of bacteria, and chronic inflammation and just maybe provide you with a longer and better quality life!

Appointments with our Registered Dental Hygienists are often booked in advance so let us get you into our regular Continuing Care system for your ongoing periodontal maintenance.
